Our room packages start at just $245 per month. Packages are paid for monthly over a three-year period. An advantage of this subscription service is that funding goes from a capital equipment expenditure to an operational expenditure. You get more collaboration capability NOW rather than doing it over an extended time period. At the end of the term, you can choose to remain with the current room setup at a lower monthly service plan, upgrade the room equipment at a new rate, or terminate the arrangement.

MCP designs and builds a room to your specific requirements.  By simplifying the communication and collaboration dynamic, our approach provides a fresh perspective of a motivated workplace.  It’s not about how to make a meeting run, it’s about how you run your meeting more efficiently.

A customer defined and MCP designed solution that is staged, labeled and packaged in our warehouse and sent to site for a self – install by your A/V, IT department with virtual guidance provided by the MCP team.

MCP provides an independent verification that either self-installed or integrator installed room solutions are defect-free and have the highest probability of system conformance.
